What to expect at class

It can be daunting starting something new but you will be welcomed into our friendly little community. Students soon become friends and the sense of community is what I'm most proud of.

Kundalini Yoga Breathing

Pranyama

We start every class with some breathing techniques, that are used for relaxation and stress relief. It helps us to start our class in a relaxing, soothing way.

Gentle yoga poses

All the poses in the classes are gentle and are designed to calm the nervous system, ease stress and promote relaxation.  You don't need any experience and you don't need to be flexible. I always encourage students to work with their own body and feel comfortable in the poses.

Yoga nidra

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a state of conscious relaxation We do it at the end of every class. It is a  form of guided meditation that promotes deep relaxation and helps alleviate stress and tension. My students love it and they leave class feeling calm and relaxed.
