 I'm Sarah and I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and it's an important part of my life. As a teacher, I love seeing students experience the benefits of yoga. They arrive at class feeling stressed, or tired and leave feeling refreshed and calm. The majority of my students have never tried yoga before and now they are hooked. It's wonderful seeing their progress.

My Story

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years and trained to teach in 2019. I help people who are feeling stressed, tired, or suffering from anxiety, who might have always wanted to try yoga but feel it’s not for them because they’re not flexible, are out of shape, have mobility issues or who just want a relaxing, gentle class.

I want everyone to know that everyBODY can do yoga. Poses don’t have to be hard. but they have so many benefits such as reducing stress, promoting good sleep, and making you feel good.

As a middle-aged woman, I’ve had to change the yoga that I do. 20 years ago I was all for doing the challenging poses, the fast, energetic classes. But now I’m older, and tired. menopausal and suffering from injuries, I can’t do those kinds of classes anymore.

I adapted my practice and I wanted to share it with others too. My classes are restorative and nourishing, allowing the body some space to rest and restore.  The poses are aimed at calming the nervous system and easing stress.
