Hello 

I'm Sarah, a yoga teacher based in Cardiff, and I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years. It's become such an important part of my life – a space to breathe, move, and reconnect.

​

As a teacher, I absolutely love seeing the transformation that happens in class. People often arrive feeling tired, stressed, or a bit overwhelmed… and by the end of the session, they leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded.

​

Most of my students had never tried yoga before they came to class – now they’re hooked! It’s such a joy to watch their progress and see how yoga becomes a meaningful part of their lives too.

My Story

Hi, I’m Sarah, a yoga teacher based in Cardiff. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years and completed my teacher training in 2019.​

I help people who are feeling stressed, exhausted, anxious, or simply curious about yoga but unsure where to start. Maybe you’ve always thought yoga wasn’t for you—because you’re not flexible, out of shape, have mobility challenges, or just want something gentle and relaxing. I want you to know: yoga is for everyBODY.​

​

You don’t need to twist into a pretzel or power through fast-paced flows to feel the benefits. Gentle yoga can ease stress, improve sleep, support your nervous system, and help you feel more at home in your body.

​

As a middle-aged woman, my own practice has changed. Years ago, I loved strong, dynamic classes. But now—navigating menopause, managing injuries, and feeling the tiredness that comes with midlife—I’ve slowed down. I’ve found comfort in a more restorative approach, and I’m passionate about sharing that with others.

​

My classes are calm, accessible, and nourishing, designed to help you rest, restore, and reconnect. I offer beginner yoga, chair yoga, and accessible yoga classes right here in Cardiff—and I’d love to welcome you to class, just as you are.
